The jurisdictions of the Palestinian President and his legal position in the principle law and other laws

 The study discussed the legal jurisdiction laws regarding the Palestinian authority president, the government, and the Palestinian parliament; it discussed the extent of jurisdictions due to the principle law and the Palestinian law. The study concluded: 1- The jurisdictions of the president determined only in the principle law. 2- Any article and/or exercise for president that adds new jurisdictions or cancel any jurisdiction of other authorities considered a violations to the constitution. Hence, it must be cancelled. 3- The government perform the executive management of the Palestinian authority, which is stipulated in the principle law and other laws and assigned to it by the decision and/or a law endorsing from the legislative council, and /or due to the request of the government to discuss a determined program in the legislative council. 4- The government has the right to turn to the court to settle its conflict on the jurisdiction with the president and/or the legislative council to endorse a plan and/or a government program.
