The Legislation of the Palestinian president's Decision Regarding the Referendum Document of prisoners The study displayed a legal study regarding the constitutionality of the Palestinian president's decision to perform a referendum for prisoners document. The case in Palestine seems that the public don't have any authority to accept or refuse any decisions; they just participate in the parliamentary election. Consequently, after the election process the public don't direct any kind of authority since the elected candidates will practice their authority in represent of them. they don't have any authority to refuse the laws adopting in the parliamentary council.
